	Note. The user works on synthetic data. It has intuitive and preset scenarios, corresponding to its management level and at a glance sees the general state of the expenditure commitments. It is a function which is intended to be used a few minutes per day
Decide and act. The user uses knowledge and makes decisions in the processes trades: to negotiate and make apply the conditions of purchase.		Explain. The user takes the initiative of the information retrieval and raises precise questions. It sails in the data. It is guided by principles of analyses defined in coherence with the data model: axes of analysis, indicators, attributes, etc. It can pass from a level incorporated on the level of detail.
Simulate. The tool makes possible to work out assumptions. The use starts with the discovery of tendencies while screening of enormous volumes of data. The user can use the model to seize data, to simulate ("what-if"), to apply calculations, to store and distribute the results.
